Project aim – to create conditions for provision of mental health services and ensure their  availability in the Klaipėda District municipality. 

During the project, it is planned:
  1. Establishment of the place for the Well-being advisers services provision.
  2. Training of Well-being advisers.
  3. Provision and of low-intensity emotional counseling services by Well-being advisers.
  4. Activities and initiatives increasing the publicity of the Well-being advisers services in the Klaipėda region, attracting clients and increasing the attractiveness of the services of Well-being advisers. 
During the project, two workplaces for Well-being advisers will be created in Priekulė and Klaipėda district Public Health bureau. During the project, the partnership and cooperation of various institutions will be used, The task of the project is to encourage the Klaipėda District Municipality residents to seek help in case of emotional difficulties and to provide them with evidence-based, accessible and need-based low-intensity emotional counseling services on how to deal with the first symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Expected results of the project: The project will create accessible low-intensity emotional counseling services for residents, improve their health status, prevent development of mental disorders and possible deterioration of psychosomatic conditions.

Target group: 18+ residents of the municipality of Klaipėda district, experiencing the first symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia or facing minor emotional adaptation difficulties.
